Leon Kasperski

Leon Kasperski joined TNT Volleyball in 2020 during a period of significant growth for the club. As Director of Operations, he oversees tournament selection and scheduling, travel coordination, uniform procurement and spirit wear management, and the development of the club’s Platinum Team Program. Additionally, he collaborates with TNT senior leadership on growth strategies and the overall direction of the club. As Leon puts it, he handles “everything that doesn’t involve touching a volleyball.”

Starting in 2024, Leon also took charge of the club’s College Recruiting Coordination efforts, leveraging his relationships with college coaches and working with TNT coaches to enhance their networks, ensuring maximum exposure for players. He manages the club’s college recruiting Instagram page, @tntvbrecruits, and frequently appears on the “Bump, Set, Mic” podcast with hosts Chuck Dougherty and Brian Mooney.

Leon resides in Chalfont, PA, with his wife Marie. They have two daughters, Courtney and Claudia, both of whom played volleyball at Marist University in Poughkeepsie, NY.
