TNT’s College Recruiting Director, Leon Kasperski, provides guidance and support to help athletes navigate the college recruiting process with confidence and clarity. Leon assists players in identifying the right academic and athletic fit, building strong recruiting profiles, creating highlight videos, and developing effective communication strategies with college coaches.

He educates families on NCAA, NAIA, and JUCO pathways, scholarship opportunities, eligibility requirements, and recruiting timelines. Leon also helps athletes prepare for showcases and recruiting‑heavy tournaments, ensuring they maximize their exposure and present themselves professionally.

Leon works directly with TNT athletes and families to simplify the recruiting journey and create a personalized plan for each player.
