College Recruiting — Leon Kasperski - Director of Operations

Collaboration is a pillar of our culture and commitment to families at TNT.  The college recruiting function is no exception. Though an operational leader assists in monitoring and tracking the process, many hands touch it, including numerous club stakeholders with college coaching and playing experience.  While players and parents handle much of the outreach and effort, TNT guides them on how and when to communicate, how to select appropriate film to send to coaches, and provides guidance in selecting school targets that align with the players' abilities and interests.
