Emily Poole

Coach Emily is Currently the Head Coach of 16 Platinum for the 2026/2027 season.  During the 2025/2026 season as the 17 Platinum head coach, she helped earn the clubs first ever bid to USAV nationals and saw 6 athletes receive D2 and D3 offers. Coach Emily is also the Head Coach at nearby Arcadia University where she received Conference Coach of the Year honors in 2022, coached the programs second ever All-American selection as well as 8 All-Conference selections.

Coach Emily was a four-year member of Division 1 Lehigh University women’s volleyball program, earning All-Patriot League honors in 2018/2019 and the Outstanding Athlete Award in 2018/2019. Coach Emily led the programs in blocks and helped Lehigh become a top 50 blocking program in the nation during her senior season.
